Being Saved and Saving

Lutherans talk a lot about getting it right with God. We even emphasize that we are made right in the eyes of God through the love of Jesus who came into our world and died on the Cross to set us free.

But Christianity is about far more than just getting into Heaven. Christianity is also about learning to live well with each other. Pastor Wayne invites you to think about what life would be like if we all learned to see others through the lens of Christ's love in this week's message. What would life look like if we learned to care more deeply, forgive more freely, and allowed people (and ourselves) to escape the long list of expectations that we all have for ourselves and others?
