What To Expect
We provide ample parking space for you at Christ's Lutheran Church. Parking spaces are set aside for those with special needs, and our worship space and restrooms are all on the same level.
Typical services last about 60 minutes and consist of confessing our sins and being reassured of God's forgiveness, singing traditional hymns, hearing lessons from the Bible and a message from our pastor, praying, offering a part of the blessings that we have received back to God, and celebrating Holy Communion.
We welcome everyone who wants to receive Holy Communion to gather around the Altar, and we welcome those who do not wish to receive Holy Communion to come forward for a blessing. We are always excited to see children join their parents in worship, but we also provide a place in the back of our worship space where parents can take children during awkward times when they get restless. Please plan to join us after we worship together, so that you can meet some new people and enjoy a time of fellowship and relationship building.
We typically dress casually for our worship services, but those who wish to dress more formally are welcomed to do so.
